Inspection of documents Certified copies
1[19. Any person may inspect all documents filed with the registrar under this Act, or require a copy or extract of a copy of any document to be certified by the registrar, on payment of the fee specified in the Schedule to this Act in this behalf or such smaller fee as the Government may direct.]
