দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়
Customs Act, 1969 (Act IV of 1969) এর সংশোধন
Act IV of 1969 এর section 7 এর সংশোধন ৷
৪৷Customs Act এর section 7 এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ section 7 প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথাঃ-
“7.
Assistance to the officers of customs.- All officers and staffs of government and semi-government organizations, law enforcement agencies, security forces, autonomous bodies, statutory bodies, financial institutions, educational institutions, private organizations, local government and non-government organizations shall assist officers of customs in the discharge of their functions under this Act.”|
