৮৷ Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 2 এর সংশোধন৷
৮৷ Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 (Ord. No. XXXVI of 1984), অতঃপর উক্ত Ordinance বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 2 এর clause (25AA) এ "appointed to be Director General, Central Intelligence Cell" শব্দগুলির পরে " or any Joint Director General, Central Intelligence Cell or Deputy Director General, Central Intelligence Cell authorised by him" শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি সংযোজিত হইবে৷
