২৭৷ উক্ত Ordinance এর section 52D এর- ক) "five percent"শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "ten percent" শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;
(খ) প্রথম proviso এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ ২টি নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ-
"Provided that no tax shall be deducted under this section if the total amount of interest does not exceed twenty five thousand taka during the income year: Provided further that tax shall be deducted at the rate of five percent on interest of any amount of the savings instruments purchased before the first January, 2004:"”
