৪২৷ Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 74 এর সংশোধন৷
৪২৷ উক্ত Ordinance এর section 74 এর sub-section (1) এর "pay the amount of tax payable by him on the basis of such return" শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "pay the amount of tax payable by him on the basis of such return or tax liabilities calculated, to whom it is applicable, as per the provision of section 16CC of this Ordinance " শব্দগুলি, কমাগুলি ও সংখ্যাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
