৪৮৷ উক্ত Ordinance এর section 124 এর- (ক) sub-section (1) এ ””taka two thousand five hundred”” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "taka one thousand" এবং ””taka two hundred and fifty”” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে "taka fifty" শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; (খ) sub-section (2) এর clause (a) এর "109" সংখ্যাটির পর ””,”” চিহ্নটির পরিবর্তে "or" শব্দটি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং "or 113" শব্দ ও সংখ্যাটি বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (গ) sub-section (2) এর শেষ প্রান্তস্থিত ফুলষ্টপের পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ- "Provided that where any person has, without any reasonable cause, failed to furnish information as required under section 113, the Deputy Director General, Central Intelligence Cell or the Deputy Commissioner of Taxes may impose a penalty of taka twenty five thousand and in case of a continuing default a further penalty of taka five hundred for each day."৷
