Act IV of 1969 এর section 30 এর সংশোধন
৬৷ উক্ত Act এর section 30 এর ”
(ক) উপান্তটীকার পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ উপান্তটীকা প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথাঃ-
30. Date for determination of rate of duty, value and exchange rate for imported goods”;
(খ) and tariff value, if any, applicable to any imported goods, shall be the rate of duty and tariff value” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলির পরিবর্তে" value and exchange rate applicable to any imported goods, shall be the rate of duty, value and exchange rate” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে৷
