২৫৷ উক্ত Ordinance এর section 75 এর- (ক) sub-section (2) এর clause (c) এর sub-clause (ii) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ sub-clause (ii) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথাঃ- "(ii) in all other cases, by the thirtieth day of September next following the income year: Provided that an individual being Government official engaged in higher education on deputation or employed under lien outside Bangladesh shall file return or returns for the period of such deputation or lien, at a time, within three months from the date of his return to Bangladesh; and"; (খ) sub-section (3) এর proviso এর প্রান্তস্থিত ফুল স্টপের পরিবর্তে কোলন প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে এবং অতঃপর নিম্নরূপ নূতন proviso সংযোজিত হইবে, যথাঃ- "Provided further that the Deputy Commissioner of Taxes shall not extend the date of submission of return in respect of Universal Self Assessment under section 82BB."
