৩৫। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 74 এর sub-section (1) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (1) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- "(1) Every person who is required to file a return under section 75, 77, 78, 89(2), 91(3) or 93(1) shall, on or before the date on which he files the return, pay the amount of tax payable by him on the basis of such return or as per provision of section 16CCC, which ever is higher, as reduced by the amount of any tax deducted from his income or paid by him in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter."।
