Power of local authority to pay certain expenses
35. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Municipal Administration Ordinance, 1960, or the Basic Democracies Order, 1959, the [Paurashava or the Zilla Board] may provide from the funds at their disposal such sums as may be necessary for paying the expenses incidental to the exercise of any of the powers delegated to them under section 30.
