Bar to jurisdiction of Civil Court
[9A. No Civil Court shall entertain any suit or other legal proceeding concerning any matter relating to settlement or re-settlement of any land under sub-section (2) of section 3 and any such suit or proceeding, if pending before a Civil Court, shall not be further proceeded with and shall abate; and any decree or order passed by a Civil Court in any such suit or proceeding after the 31st March, 1951, shall be void and inoperative.
Explanation- For the purpose of this section-
(i) 'Civil Court' means a Civil Court within the meaning of the [***] Civil Courts Act and includes any Court exercising appellate or revisional jurisdiction over any such Court; and
(ii) "Suit" includes appeal.]
