Ordinance No. XXXVI of 1984 এর section 46C এর সংশোধন
২১। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 46C এর sub-section (9) এর ””are not fulfilled”” শব্দগুলির পর ””or any individual not being a Bangladeshi citizen is employed or allowed to work without prior approval of the Board of Investment or any competent authority of the Government, as the case may be, for this purpose”” শব্দগুলি ও কমাগুলি সন্নিবেশিত হইবে।
