৪৮। উক্ত Ordinance এর section 82C এর sub-section (2) এর-(ক) clause (d) এর ””cigarettes under section 52B শব্দগুলি ও সংখ্যার পরিবর্তে’’ এর ””cigarettes under sub-section (1) of section 52B”” শব্দগুলি, সংখ্যাগুলি ও বন্ধনীগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে; (খ) clause (eee) এর ””pensioners” savings certificate or wage earners development bond”” শব্দগুলির পরিবর্তে ””savings instruments”” শব্দগুলি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;(গ) clause (eee) এর পর নিম্নরূপ clause (eeee) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা :- ””(eeee) the amount of tax collected from travel agent under section 52JJ; ””; (ঘ) clause (k) এর পর নিম্নরূপ clause (kk) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা :- ””(kk) the amount received on account of export of any goods except certain items on which tax is deductible under section 53BBBB;";(ঙ) clause (mm) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clauses যথাক্রমে (mmm) এবং (mmmm) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:— ””(mmm) the amount received on account of commission, charges as mentioned in section 53EE;(mmmm) the amount received on account of interest or share of profit as mentioned in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 53F;”;(চ) clause (sss) বিলুপ্ত হইবে; (ছ) proviso এর clause (d) এর ””gas transmission”” শব্দগুলির পর ””or gas distribution”” শব্দগুলি সন্নিবেশিত হইবে।
