২। Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969), অতঃপর উক্ত Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 2 এর-(ক) clause (iii) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন clause (iiii) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:- “(iiii) “customs inland-water container terminal” means any place declared under section 9 as a customs inland-water container terminal;” এবং(খ) clause (k) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (k) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:- “(k) “customs station” means any customs port, customs airport, land customs stations, customs inland-water container terminal or such other place as may be declared, from time to time, under section 9;”।
