১০। উক্ত Act এর section 156 এর-(ক) sub-section (1) এর TABLE এর item 59 এর বিপরীতে কলাম (1) এ উল্লিখিত “or remove from the warehouse,” শব্দগুলি ও কমা বিলুপ্ত হইবে;(খ) sub-section (4) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (5) সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:- “(5) An appropriate officer of customs may inquire into or investigate any offence under this Act, and such officer, while conducting inquiry or investigation, may exercise any of the powers of a Sub-Inspector of Police and follow the procedures as laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.””
