দ্বিতীয় অধ্যায়
Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) এর সংশোধন
Act No. IV of 1969 এ section 58A এর সন্নিবেশ
৪। উক্ত Act এর section 58 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 58A সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথাঃ-
“58A. Advance Passenger Information (API) or Passenger Name Record (PNR).- The Board may, in a manner prescribed by rules, require the owner or agent of an aircraft or vessel conveying passengers to provide Advance Passenger Information (API) or Passenger Name Record (PNR) prior to the arrival and departure of such aircraft or vessel.”।
