Act No. IV of 1969 এর section 83E এর সংশোধন
৫। উক্ত Act এর section 83E এর sub-section (1) এ উল্লিখিত “The Commissioner of Customs shall, in a manner prescribed by the Board” শব্দগুলি ও কমার পরিবর্তে “The Commissioner of Customs (Valuation and Internal Audit) shall, in a manner prescribed by the Board” শব্দগুলি, কমা ও বন্ধনীসমূহ প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে।
