HOURS AND LIMITATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Limitation of working hours for young persons
1[26B. No person who has not completed his 2[eighteenth year] shall be permitted to work in any part of a mine, either below ground or above ground, unless the hours of work of such person for any day are so fixed as to allow an interval of rest of at least twelve consecutive hours which shall include at least such seven consecutive hours between the hours of 7 P. M. and 7 A. M. as may be prescribed:
 
 
Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to any such person while employed or permitted to work in any mine as an apprentice or for the purposes of receiving vocational training, in such circumstances and in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed.]
