4.Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code or in any other law for the time being in force, any collaborator, who has committed any offence specified in the Schedule shall be tried and punished by a special Tribunal set up under this Orderand no other Court shall have any jurisdiction to take cognizance of any such offence.
