6.(l) A Special Tribunal consisting of a Sessions Judge or an Additional Sessions Judge shall try and punish offences enumerated in Parts I and II of the Schedule.
(2) A Special Tribunal consisting of an Assistant Sessions Judge shall try and punish offences enumerated in Parts III and IV of the Schedule.
