APPOINTMENT AND POWERS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
6. The 1[Government] may, by notification in the Official Gazette, invest any Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector or Sub-Deputy Magistrate and Sub-Deputy Collector with all or any of the powers of the Deputy Commissioner under this Regulation or the rules for the time being in force thereunder, and define the local limits of his jurisdiction.
