Function of the Board of Revenue to be discharged by the Administrator of Waqfs in [Bangladesh]
[16A. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Regulation, the powers and functions of the [Deputy Commissioner] under this Regulation shall be exercised in respect of any waqf property in [Bangladesh] by the Administrator of Waqfs appointed under the Waqfs Ordinance, 1962.]
