35.(1) A member removed under clause (b) of sub-section (1) ²[* * *] of section 34 shall, if otherwise qualified, be eligible for re-election or re-nomination. (2) A member removed under clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 34 shall not be eligible for ³[* * *] nomination for the period during which, but for such removal, he would have continued in office. (3) A member removed under sub-section (2) of section 34 shall not be eligible for ⁴[* * *] nomination until the expiry of three years from the date of his removal.
