41.(1) Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting shall be recorded in a book and shall be signed by the President before the close of the meeting, and shall, at such times and in such place as may be fixed by the Board, be open to inspection free of charge by any inhabitant of the cantonment. (2) Copies of the minutes shall, as soon as possible after each meeting, be forwarded for information to the Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command, the Officer Commanding the District, the Officer Commanding the brigade area, the District Magistrate and the Military Estates Officer.
