Committees for Bazars
2[43A.(1) Every Board constituted under section 13A in a Class I Cantonment or Class II Cantonment shall appoint a committee consisting of the 3[Vice-President] of the Board, the Health Officer and the Executive Engineer for the administration of such areas in the cantonment as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare to be bazar areas, and may delegate its powers and duties to such committee in the manner provided in clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 44.
 
 
(2) The Vice-President of the Board shall be the Chairman of the committee appointed under sub-section (1).]
