Report on administration
2[45A. Every board shall, as soon as may be after the close of the year and not later than the date fixed in this behalf by the Government, submit to the Government through the Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command, a report on the adminis-tration of the cantonment during the preceding financial year, in such form and containing such details as the Government may direct. The comments, if any, of the Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command, on such report shall be communicated by him to the Board which shall be allowed a reasonable time to furnish a reply thereto, and the comments together with the reply, if any, shall be forwarded to the Government along with the report.]
