MARKETS, SLAUGHTER-HOUSES TRADES AND OCCUPATIONS

Stallages, rents, etc., to be published
201. A copy of the table of stallages, rents and fees, if any, leviable in any public market or public slaughter-house, and of the bye-laws made under this Act for the purpose of regulating the use of such market or slaughter-house, printed in the 2[Bengali] language and in such other language or languages as the Board may direct, shall be affixed in some conspicuous place in the market or slaugher-house.

    Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words "Bangladesh", Government", "Penal Code" and "Taka" were substituted, for the words "Pakistan", "Central Government", "Pakistan Penal Code" and "rupee" or "rupees" respectively by the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973), section 3 and 2nd Schedule
