POWERS, PROCEDURE, PENALTIES AND APPEALS

Notices

Authentication and validity of notices issued by Board.
253. Every notice, order or requisition issued by a Board under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder shall be signed-
 
 
(a) either by the President of the Board or by he Executive Officer, or,
 
 
(b) by the members of any committee especially authorised by the Board in this behalf.

    Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words "Bangladesh", Government", "Penal Code" and "Taka" were substituted, for the words "Pakistan", "Central Government", "Pakistan Penal Code" and "rupee" or "rupees" respectively by the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973), section 3 and 2nd Schedule
