RULES AND BYE-LAWS

Supplemental provisions respecting rules
281.(1) A rule under section 280 may be made either generally for all cantonments or for the whole or any part of any one or more cantonments.
 
 
(2) All rules so made shall be published in the official Gazette and in such other manner, if any, as the Government may direct and, on such publication, shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.

    Throughout this Act, except otherwise provided, the words "Bangladesh", Government", "Penal Code" and "Taka" were substituted, for the words "Pakistan", "Central Government", "Pakistan Penal Code" and "rupee" or "rupees" respectively by the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973), section 3 and 2nd Schedule
