১৮। উক্ত Order এর Article 19 এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন Article 19A সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা :-
“19A. The Corporation may, for the purpose of this Order, subject to the approval of the Board, enter into Agreements or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with domestic institutions, and upon prior approval of the Government, with the international banks or financial institutions.”।
