Prosecution of forest-offences
1[69A. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Government may empower any Forest-officer not inferior to that of a Deputy Ranger to appear, plead and conduct the prosecution on behalf of the Government before any Court in any case where a forest-offence is under trial.]
