OF FORESTS OFFICERS

Indemnity for acts done in good faith
74. No suit shall lie against any public servant for anything done by him in good faith under this Act 1[and no court may try such a public servant for a crime stemming from actions related to the public servant's official duty under this Act and occurring within the public servant's assigned geographical jurisdiction, unless the court first conducts a preliminary inquiry and verifies that there is credible evidence to support the basic elements of the complaint].
