Land required under this Act to be deemed to be needed for a public purpose under the Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Ordinance, 1982
84. Whenever it appears to the Government that any land is required for any of the purposes of this Act, such land shall be deemed to be needed for a public purpose within the meaning of 1[section 5(2) of the Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Ordinance, 1982 (II of 1982)].
