OF RESERVED FORESTS

Pleaders
19. The Government, or any person who has made a claim under this Act, may appoint any person to appear, plead and act
 
 
on its or his behalf before the Forest Settlement-officer, or 1[the Divisional Commissioner], in the course of any inquiry or appeal under this Act.
