৭। উক্ত Act এর section 8 এর sub-section (3) এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন sub-section (3A) সন্নিবেশিত হইবে, যথা:—
“(3A) An Investigation Officer, if he considers it necessary, may, by order of a Tribunal, search any place and seize any documents or articles under a seizure list prepared in the presence of at least two witnesses.”।
