২। International Crimes (Tribunals) Act, 1973 (Act No. XIX of 1973), অতঃপর উক্ত Act বলিয়া উল্লিখিত, এর section 4 এর sub-section (2) এর—
(ক) clause (e) এ উল্লিখিত "Statute" শব্দটির পরিবর্তে "Act” শব্দটি প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে;
(খ) clause (f) এর পরিবর্তে নিম্নরূপ clause (f) প্রতিস্থাপিত হইবে, যথা:—
"(f) In respect of the war of aggression as crime against peace, the provisions of this section shall apply only to persons in a position effectively to exercise control over or to direct the political or military action of a state,"l
