Supervision of assisted industry
28. During this continuance of State aid to an industry in any of the forms specified in clauses (a), (b), (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) of section 19 the Government may, by appointing directors or inspectors, or otherwise, take such steps as it deems advisable so to control the conduct of the industry as to safeguard the interest of the Government therein.
