WHEREAS it is expedient to make better provision for the prevention of smuggling of arms and ammunition in Bangladesh;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-
 
 
 

Short title and extent
1. (1) This Act may be called the 2[* * *] Smuggling of Arms Act, 1934.
 
 
(2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh.
