৪। উক্ত Act এর section 4A এর পর নিম্নরূপ নূতন section 4B সংযোজিত হইবে, যথা:-
“4B. Sustainable Fisheries Management, etc.-(1) Government may undertake measures in water-bodies regarding sustainable fisheries production, management and conservation.
(2) The Government may take action against the damage or destruction of fisheries ecosystems in beels, haors, baors, inland, and, coastal water bodies.”।
