CONTROL OVER PETROLEUM
No licence needed by railway administration acting as carrier
10. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, [the railway] administration, as defined in section 3 of the
Railways Act, 1890, need not obtain any licence for the import or transport of any petroleum in its possession in its capacity as carrier.
