II. MARRIAGE BETWEEN PARSIS

Penalty for failing to register certificate
15. 1[The] Registrar failing to enter the said certificate pursuant to section 6 shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to one thousand Taka, or with both.
