¹[51.(1) The Supreme Court shall have rule-making power in respect of all Courts constituted under this Act in the same manner as it has over and in respect of other Courts under Article 107 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.(2) The High Court Division shall have superintendence over all Courts constituted under this Act subject to its appellate jurisdiction in the same manner as it has over other Courts under Article 109 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.]
