33. Except as provided in this Act, no Civil or Revenue Court shall entertain a suit, application or proceeding against the debtor in respect of- (a) any debt included in an application under section 8 or section 37A or in a statement under sub-section (1) of section 13, proceedings in connection with which are pending before a Board or an Appellate Officer or a District Judge or an Additional District Judge; or (b) any debt for which any amount is payable under an award, except in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (5) of section 29.
