(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against an Administrator for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of section 52A, section 52B, section 52C or section 52D. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Chief Controller for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under section 52A, section 52B or section 52E.]
