Application of Act to liquidators
1[90A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Companies Act, 1913, the provisions of sections 91, 92 and 93 shall apply to any liquidator appointed to wind up a provident society, whether by the Court, the Chief Controller of Insurance or the society itself.]
