Authorised person to retain possession of land adjoining a tank during the period of possession of such tank
1[9A. An authorised person shall be entitled to remain in possession of any land adjoining a derelict tank of which possession is taken under section 6A as long as such person remains in possession of such derelict tank under section 8.]
