(1) During the period of possession all disputes relating to the exercise of any rights in respect of a tank or the use of the water thereof by the authorised person shall be decided by the Collector in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) During the period of any land of which possession is taken under section 6A or retaken under sub-section (3) of section 9B remains in the possession of an authorised person, all disputes relating to the exercise of any rights in respect of such land shall be decided by the Collector in such manner as may be prescribed.
