Power to authorise subordinate officer to exercise Collector’s powers
34. The Collector may, by order in writing, authorise any officer subordinate to him to exercise the powers of the Collector under clause (a) of section 5 or clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 6A, clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 9B or under section 31.
