Penalty
35. Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of section 15, or sub-section (1) of section 16 shall be punished with fine which may extend to 1[five hundred Taka].

    The words “five hundred Taka” were substituted for the words “one hundred taka” by section 5 of the Tanks Improvement (Amendment) Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No. III of 1986)
