Certain persons deemed to be public servants
18. The Chairman and every other member of a Committee, a recording officer, and any person authorised by the Collector or the Director of Land Records for any of the purposes of this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the [Penal Code].
